Labor’s energy grid plan ‘ambitious’ but ‘achievable’

Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen admits Labor’s objective of creating the power grid 82 per cent renewable by 2030 is “ambitious” however achievable.

“We will be world-leading when we achieve it,” he stated throughout Question Time on Tuesday.

“We have started implementing the policies to do just that – importantly, rewiring our country, rewiring the nation.”
