Sky News Brisbane Bureau Chief Adam Walters says it’s “beyond comprehension” for Northern Territory Police to not be consulted for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s Alice Springs alcohol report.
“The Northern Territory Police, as we’ve seen repeatedly over the years, over the decades, are on the front line of the most complicated social and criminal situations that this country has witnessed,” Mr Walters advised Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“For a lack of consultation involving the Union Representing Officers, who are putting their lives on the line every day, to occur is just beyond comprehension.”
