Two policemen surrendered to authorities on Thursday after warrants of arrest have been issued in opposition to them in reference to the alleged kidnapping of an e-sabong grasp agent.
The suspects, Police Patrolman Rigel Brosas and Police Staff Sergeant Daryl Paghangaan, surrendered to the Philippine National Police-Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (PNP-IMEG) Team 4-A, PNP-IMEG Group Director Police Brigadier General Warren de Leon stated on Saturday, in keeping with Super Radyo dzBB reporter Mark Makalalad.

The two suspects, together with one other police officer, are going through kidnapping, critical unlawful detention, and theft with violence expenses in reference to the alleged kidnapping of e-sabong grasp agent Ricardo Lasco. Lasco was illegally arrested at his home in Laguna by the cops who allegedly pretended to be members of the NBI.
The three suspects have been dismissed from service as a result of expenses.
Brosas surrendered at round 2:45 p.m. whereas Paghangaan surrendered at 7:50 p.m., De Leon stated.
They have been the themes of a warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 29 Presiding Judge Luvida Padolina Roque in San Pablo City, Laguna on January 17.
Bail was set at P400,000 for every case of theft with violence, however no bail was really useful for the kidnapping and critical unlawful detention expenses.
“After series of negotiations, our Team 4A have convinced these two former PNP personnel to surrender and already stop putting the image of the PNP in a bad light,” De Leon stated. —KG, GMA Integrated News
