A person is in hospital after he was burned in a critical alleged assault in Toowoomba, Queensland, final evening.
It's believed the person was doused in gasoline and set alight after his automotive was stolen in Harristown.
Emergency companies have been referred to as to Anzac Avenue at about 9.45pm.

The man was taken to Toowoomba Base Hospital with non-life-threatening accidents.
