Suspect in Paul Pelosi attack enters court plea

The man accused of attacking Nancy Pelosi’s husband with a hammer has pleaded not responsible to tried homicide expenses introduced by the state of California.

David DePape is charged in state court docket with tried homicide, assault with a lethal weapon, and threatening a member of the family of a public official.

DePape stays detained with out bail; his state case can be heard once more on February 23.
