The Philippine Navy, by means of Naval Forces West (NFW), participated in Maritime Training Activity Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (MTA SEACAT) 2023 – a scenario-driven fleet coaching hosted by the US seventh Fleet involving using the Singapore International Fusion Center and Multinational Operations and Exercise Center at Changi Singapore.
SEACAT focuses on real-time info trade, coordinated surveillance operations, monitoring, and eventual go to, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) exercise on a chosen maritime vessel of curiosity (VOI).
