Three extra groups in Angola, Mexico, and Egypt have arrived within the Philippines for the upcoming 2023 FIBA World Cup.
The three groups landed in Manila on Saturday, following the arrival of Cote d’Ivoire and Montenegro final week.
Angola is led by Bruno Fernando of the Atlanta Hawks, and can play their first sport in opposition to Italy on Friday at 4 pm on the Philippine Arena.
The nationwide federation of Angola shared some images of their arrival.
Angola is a part of Group A, together with Gilas Pilipinas, which they may face on August 27 on the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Philippine News Agency shared images of the arrival of the Egypt Pharaohs on Saturday.
Egypt, a part of Group D, will open their marketing campaign on Friday in opposition to Lithuania on the Mall of Asia Arena.
The Mexican Basketball Federation, in the meantime, shared on their Instagram account their arrival on Saturday evening.
Mexico, additionally with Group D, will go in opposition to Montenegro on Friday.
